The issue is devoted to the study of the value and meaning universe of Ukrainian culture in retrospect and in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war of 2014-2025. The authors of the journal analyze the challenges Ukraine is facing in the world, their reflection in modern culture of the warring Ukraine, and the search for adequate responses; explore the socio-psychological dimensions of the Russian-Ukrainian war; the role of emotional intelligence in shaping the leadership qualities of officers of the National Guard of Ukraine; the educational potential of museums operating during the Russian-Ukrainian war and their efforts to form the Ukrainian identity of young people, etc. Several articles are devoted to the study of the cultural heritage of Ukrainians as an integral part of the value and meaning universe of Ukrainian culture.
