Abstract


The article analyses the problem of global distribution of information and its penetration in all spheres of vital functions of society, ability of mass-media to influence on human consciousness and to the origins of new knowledge – the media-philosophy. The author underlines the methodological role of media-philosophy in the study of informational security’s problem of both human and society.
