INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF NATIONAL UNITY OF UKRAINIAN SOCIETY AS THE BASIS OF STATE STABILITY IN WAR CONDITIONS

Abstract
Abstract. The article examines the process of institutionalizing the national unity of Ukrainian society as a key factor in ensuring the stability of the state in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the concepts of "national unity", "solidarity", "consolidation" and "national stability" are analyzed. The features of the transformation of Ukrainian society after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in 2022 are highlighted, in particular, the strengthening of national identity, the growth of the level of civic activity, the development of the volunteer movement and social self-organization.
The article analyzes state policy in the field of ensuring national unity and stability, in particular, the implementation of the Concept of Ensuring the National Stability System of Ukraine, the creation of the Agency for National Unity and a network of Unity Centers for Ukrainians Abroad. The importance of educational and socio-patriotic initiatives aimed at the formation of civic identity, national consciousness and readiness for national resistance is highlighted.
Based on the results of sociological research, it is substantiated that a high level of trust in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteer organizations, citizens' readiness for mutual support, an optimistic vision of the future of the state, and the dominance of a national identity are important indicators of the stability of Ukrainian society. It is proven that national unity in wartime is not only a moral and value category, but also a strategic resource for ensuring defense capability, the functioning of state institutions, information security, and the post-war restoration of Ukraine.
