Reception of Education by Ukrainian People of the Baroque Age in the Sermons of Antoniy Radyvilovskyj

Abstract


In clause the sight of the Ukrainian preacher of XVII century Antoniy Radivilovskiy on education is considered from the point of view of its utility or harm for the common or personal blessing, and as rescue souls of the Christian. It is concluded, that this Ukrainian thinker admited education as useful to a person or, on the contrary harmful for him and his spiritual saving depending on its use for good or malicious aims.
