Education as an Important Factor of Formation of the National Elite

Abstract


The article shows the actuality of forming of the national elite, its role in the life of state and society. The role of education in the formation of the national elite is defined. Main attention is paid to the necessity of transition of modern education to the paradigm of value. The role of linguistic education in the state’s creation processes of Ukraine is reflected.
